All our orders are meticulously packaged and shipped directly from our atelier in Paris, France.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all Paradoxe Paris tags still attached.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping within Europe typically takes 3-5 business days. International shipping outside of the EU can take between 7-12 business days depending on customs processing.

Are your collections limited edition?

Yes, to maintain exclusivity and ensure sustainable production practices, most of our pieces are released in limited quantities and are rarely restocked once sold out.
